Psychotherapy in English near Linz: Welcome to my practice for psychotherapy, coaching, and training. I work as a psychotherapist in training under supervision close to Linz at Puchenau castle. What does this mean exactly? In the final phase of my training, I am already registered with the Federal Ministry of Health as authorized to practice psychotherapy independently. I regularly reflect on my work in anonymized supervision sessions with my teaching therapists.
How can I support you?
Human development lasts a lifetime—from childhood, through adulthood, and into old age. It’s a journey with moments when we feel stuck, unsure which path to take, or burdened by a load that feels too heavy to carry alone. You don’t have to face these times by yourself. I would be honored to walk alongside you for part of your journey.
Psychotherapy is professional support during times of crisis and challenging life situations. My goal is to help you navigate these moments and move toward a fulfilling life.
I work with adolescents from age 16, adults, families and couples. For children and adolescents under 16, I work within the framework of family therapy, involving the family environment in the process.
Payments are made via bank transfer. You will receive your invoice at the end of each month.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
For later cancellations or missed appointments, the full session fee will be charged.
Insurance & Refund
For psychotherapists in training under supervision, most health insurance providers do not offer refund. For this reason, I provide therapy at reduced rates.
In some cases, certain health insurance companies or private supplementary insurance plans may grant a partial refund. Please check with your insurance provider in advance to find out whether a refund is available and what requirements apply.
Confidentiality
As a psychotherapist, I am legally bound by the Psychotherapy Act to maintain strict confidentiality.
Within the framework of supervision, I reflect on my therapy sessions with my teaching therapists. This process is, of course, carried out completely anonymized.
What does "in training under supervision" mean?
This means I am in the final stage of my extensive psychotherapy training and already authorized to independently provide psychotherapy. I am officially registered with the Federal Ministry of Health as a “Psychotherapist in Training Under Supervision.”
During this phase, I regularly reflect on my therapy sessions with experienced teaching therapists. For you, this offers a significant added value: through supervision, I gain additional perspectives, insights, and ideas that enrich the therapeutic process.
Of course, all teaching therapists are bound by confidentiality, and therapy sessions are discussed in a fully anonymized manner.
About me
I was born in Vienna in 1982 and moved to Upper Austria for my studies, where I discovered my home in the beautiful Mühlviertel.
Nature is my source of energy. I love spending time in the mountains—climbing and mountain biking are my greatest passions. Gardening and harvesting vegetables help me slow down and recharge.
In 2019 and 2022, our family was blessed with the greatest joy: our children, Max and Lisa.
With psychotherapy, I have found my true vocation. Supporting people in overcoming crises and walking alongside them on their journey to a fulfilling life fills me with deep joy and gratitude.
